Air quality monitoring in the workplace is essential for ensuring excellent working conditions and meeting health and safety requirements. From office buildings to breweries to food storage and processing areas, there is a potential risk of carbon dioxide production and chemical compositions which could prove detrimental to the health of workers.

The monitoring of air composition over a period of time can be carried out by air sampling and there are a number of ways that this can be undertaken, each with its own advantages and disadvantages.
