Scan-Sense AS (Norway) has developed the Chain Load Tension Verification Kit to accurately and independently measure the load in studless chains, commonly used with linear winches.
The robust sensor is designed to be fitted in-situ in the chain, precisely measuring the strain at its most critical point. The hand-held Readout will display and store the data for calibration/traceability purposes.
Sensors are supplied for a specific chain-size and the patented design ensures accurate and safe location. The simple battery-powered Readout is Eex certified.
