Genie Conjures up mCerts Certification

Sirco Controls Limited (UK) are pleased to announce that they have received mcerts accreditation for a further two models from their Genie range of Automatic Effluent Samplers.

Both the Genie-P and the Genie-P/VBV Fixed Site Samplers are now covered under Sira Product Conformity Certificate Number MC 070106/02 and this now brings the total number of Sirco Model Types that have received mcerts certification to twelve.   The Genie-P and Genie-P/VBV Samplers are both unique in that they can be used to Sample from effluent sources that are situated in a hazardous area or are in fact hazardous themselves.   With normal effluent discharges from Industry, sampling is a simple matter with either portable or free-standing Samplers; however this is virtually impossible where the effluents contain chemicals that emit a hazardous (explosive) vapour. It was with this in mind that Sirco Controls Limited developed the Genie-P range of fixed site effluent samplers for sampling in hazardous areas or for the sampling of hazardous effluents.
