When analyzing Total Sulfur in Hydrocarbon Products or Derivatives, interference of high Nitrogen concentrations might become troublesome.

TE Instruments developed a dedicated Nitrogen Oxide Correction Technology NO-CT™ together with a new NI sensor to measure the Nitrogen Interference. With this setup, analysis of true Total Sulfur values in samples that contain high quantities of Nitrogen is possible without impacting your UV-F detector or limiting detection limits.

The new NI sensor can be added to existing Xplorer analyzer systems with the following upgrade kit: KIT0176990 Xplorer-TS only NO-CT™ Upgrade kit.

See pages 10 -11 in this PIN issue for more information on the new NI sensor.
