Traceable Size Standards for Particle Counting and Sizing Instruments

Available from Distrilab Particles, Thermo Scientific NIST traceable size standards are used in the development, standardisation, validation and routine checking of most particle counting and sizing instruments regardless of brand or make. The particles are traceable to the Standard Meter through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), enabling labs to demonstrate the traceability of their analytical methods as required by ISO, ANSI/NCSL Z540, GMP/GLP and other standards and regulations.

In addition to NIST traceability, key features include tight size distribution of the particle population for precise calibration, excellent stability to ensure repeatable results, wide range of discrete sizes (from 20 nanometer to 2000 micron) in both polystyrene and glass versions to meet specific instrument needs, and a Certificate of Calibration that provides documented evidence to show compliance to most quality control programs.

Products include 2000 Series Uniform Polymer Particles, 3000 Series Monodisperse Particles, 4000 Series Monosized Particles, 8000 Series Silica Particles, 9000 Series Borosilicate and Soda Lime Glass Particles, Chromosphere-T Certified Black or Red Dry Particles, Dri-Cal Dry Particle Size Standards, and Surf-Cal Particle Size Standards.
