Model E by WI Instruments™ (WI), a CFR Engines Inc. (CFR®) brand is an advanced ethanol analyzer that provides bioethanol producers with a comprehensive solution for purity, denaturant, water content, density, and methanol analysis—all within a single, compact device. Unlike traditional ethanol testing methods that require multiple instruments, complex procedures, and extensive lab setups, Model E simplifies the process with a single injection point and a minimum of 3 mL sample, delivering fast, precise, and reliable results.

Using dispersive mid-IR spectroscopy and our patented Cerebrum™ algorithm for analyte models, Model E offers industry-leading accuracy, achieving near-zero-error results without requiring additional chemicals, gases, or intricate calibration steps. While conventional ethanol testing methods demand frequent maintenance and delicate handling to ensure reliable performance, the streamlined design of Model E eliminates the need for complex cleaning between tests. With just 20 mL of the next sample, the analyzer efficiently flushes out the previous one, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted transition between analyses.
