Biosystems’ (France) Posi3 USB is now ava ilable for the Standard ("non manufacturer specific") and Sperian Respiratory (formerly Survivair) software versions. The Posi3 USB is a major revision to the industry-leading SCBA Test Bench PosiChek™ family. It now communicates to a PC using the Universal Serial Bus protocol. No more parallel ports! There is also an improved database search capability and more detailed test reporting. These two new PosiChek versions will be available for purchase beginning December 7, 2009. Other OEM software versions will be available in the coming months (Scott, MSA, Interspiro, ISI ...).
If you are using the Standard or Sperian Respiratory version of PosiChek3® software, you can also have your existing PosiChek3 upgraded to the new Posi3 USB version. The upgrade includes a new main board, a full calibration and totally updated software. Upgrades for other OEM versions will be available as the software becomes available.
