Effortless Vapour Pressure Analysis
Apr 19 2019
BARTEC BENKE’s RVP-4 Reid Vapourn Pressure Aalyser is designed to analyse petroleum and various high pressure applications for liquids from natural gas. It can also work with highly viscous samples, such as crude, without the need for additional wash cycles. RVP-4 can also measure vapour pressure at different temperatures due to its in-built temperature control unit, for example, true vapour pressure (TVP) at storage tank facilities.
BARTEC’s RVP-4 includes an ASTM compliant piston design, with a 4:1 expansion and an extremely precise and rugged measurement cell offering an extremely high level of performance because of the cell’s optimized assembly. This analyser requires virtually zero maintenance because of its integrated temperature control, insulating system and the absence of oil baths or pumps. The instrument’s low sample consumption also makes maintenance easier. The peltier is cooled down either by the analyser system itself or a coolant which enables RVP-4 to operate at a wide range of inlet temperatures. RVP-4 can perform heat tracing, self-monitoring and failure diagnosis and create validation reports for quality assurance purposes. RPA-4 is easily programmed via analogue or digital inputs and can be interfaced with Modbus/RTU and Modbus /TCP (bidirectional) and remote access is possible through Ethernet (VDSL or FOC is).
