Calibrators Offer Unique Capabilities with an Easy to Use “Non-Menu” Interface
Apr 17 2015
The ASC-400 multi-signal and HPC40 Series handheld pressure calibrators from JOFRA and Crystal Engineering (USA) are engineered for “advanced simplicity”, incorporating a number of useful features that greatly extend the range and functionality of both instruments.
The full-color display combined with the intuitive user interface make the ASC-400 and HPC40 Series the easiest-to-use hand held calibrators available. The single layer interface has no deep menu structure, allowing tasks to be performed quickly and intuitively. Both instruments offer best in class accuracy along with a host of user friendly features that allow the handheld devices to deliver laboratory accuracy to an on-site, field usable instrument. Ideal for process control applications, such as verification or calibration of pressure gauges, transducers, transmitters, pressure switches and safety valves.
The ASC-400 multi-signal calibrator is designed to meet the calibration demands of modern sensors and transmitters. The versatile instrument is capable of sourcing with simultaneous read-back from device-under-test of mA, V, pulsed transmitters, pressure and temperature.
The HPC40 Series is suitable for calibrating pressures ranging from vacuum to 15 000 psi with an accuracy of 0.035% of reading for all ranges. The HPC40 Series is also the world’s first completely temperature compensated calibrator from -20° to 50°C, enabling it to deliver the same accuracy in any environment, whether measuring pressure, current, voltage or temperature.
