ERASPEC OIL is known industry wide for its easy, fast and highly accurate measurements of various lubricant oil parameters. This trust from industry originates from ERASPEC OIL’s high quality results that easily compete with laboratory grade (FT)IR instruments. With its dedicated measurement software and its portability ERASPEC OIL can be used by non-experts at nearly any location. Within seconds a detailed analysis of the oil’s condition is obtained for further decision making. There is no need to wait days to weeks to hear back from a centralised oil testing laboratory.

The new software update, which is available free of charge to all existing customer, makes the monitoring of machinery even more convenient. ERASPEC OIL now monitors any available parameter over operating hours or driven kilometers of the machinery under investigation. These trends can be plotted on the full color touchscreen. Every graph can contain up to 4 different parameters such as the concentrations of degradation products or contaminants, the depletion of additives or the evolution of Total Acid and Total Base Numbers (TAN & TBN). The trending graphs are pre-configured but can be set individually to suit any need.

ERASPEC OIL is capable of monitoring different pieces of equipment independently at line. Every trend is set up once and can be recalled as soon as the next sample of the same equipment is measured. Every trend stores all relevant information for the measurement such as library setup for parameter calculations, the fresh oil spectrum for spectral subtraction analysis and the plot setup.
